David DeJesus has reportedly been traded to the Washington Nationals for a player to be named later per Jon Heyman who received info from Danny Knobler (Link and Link).
UPDATE 2:19 Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports has reported that the Nationals have released Roger Bernadina. (Link) Rosenthal also has reported that DeJesus was claimed off waivers (Link)
