Edwar Cabrera - (Texas Rangers) Claimed off waivers from Rockies by Rangers
Cabrera, 24, last played pro baseball in 2012. He missed the entire 2013 season with a shoulder injury. He made 2 big league starts in 2012 giving up 7 earned runs in 5.2 innings. In the minor leagues his numbers were much better as he gave up 53 earned runs in 129.2 innings between AA and AAA. He punched out 136 batters that season while walking 42.
