Jeff Manship -  Refused Minor League Assignment - Declared free agency
Manship, 28, started 4 games and relieved 7 for the Colorado Rockies. In those 11 total games he pitched to a 7.04 ERA in 30.2 innings while striking out 18 and walking 12. The former 14th round pick has appeared in 52 games in 5 big league seasons.
Peter Moylan - (Los Angeles Dodgers)  Designated for Assignment
Moylan, 34, struggled in 14 relief appearances for the LA Dodgers. He threw a total of 15.1 innings with 7 walks and 6 strikeouts. The side-armer also made 38 appearances for the Dodgers AAA affiliate posting a 2.74 ERA in 46 innings.
Jorge De Leon -  Refused Minor League Assignment - Declared free agency
De Leon, 26, appeared in 11 games for the Houston Astros posting a 5.40 ERA in 10 innings with 6 strikeouts and 7 walks. He also made 42 combined appearances for Houstons AA and AAA affiliates posting a combined 4.09 ERA.
David Purcey -  Refused Minor League Assignment - Declared free agency
Purcey, 31, appeared in 24 games for the White Sox and had a 2.74 ERA. He struck out 23 and walked 17. He has 111 big league appearances between 5 MLB seasons.
Wilkin Ramirez - (Minnesota Twins)  Activated from DL and outrighted to minors
Ramirez, 27, hit .272 in 81 big league at bats for the Minnesota Twins. He spent most of the year injured on the DL with a variety of injuries including a fractured left tibia and a head injury.
Tim Lincecum - (San Francisco Giants)  Signed to 2-year contract for 2014-2015 ($35m)
Lincecum, 29, pitched to a 4.74 ERA in 32 MLB starts. Lincecum threw 197 innings and struck out 193 while walking 76. In 7 big league seasons Lincecum has started 220 games and pitched to a 3.46 ERA with 1510 strikeouts in 1411 big league innings.
